Hi, I'm Valerie.

For more than four decades, I've been studying what it means to live a healthy, meaningful, and balanced life.

My path has combined lived experience, formal education, military service, government leadership, and years of personal exploration into human health, resilience, and performance.

I served 13 years in the U.S. Navy and Navy Reserve and have spent more than 15 years supporting government missions in high-pressure environments where stress, burnout, resilience, adaptability, and performance are daily realities.

These experiences taught me something important:

Wellness isn't built during perfect conditions. It's built during real life.

My Philosophy

I don't believe health should feel complicated.

Most people don't need another strict diet, perfect routine, or wellness trend.

They need practical tools that fit their lives.

My goal is to help people reconnect with themselves, build self-trust, develop sustainable habits, and become the experts of their own health.
